TITAN CMS - Multi File Upload

The Multi File Upload dialog allows you to upload multiple files.  You will be able to monitor the process through the new dialog window

Overview

The Multi File Upload dialog allows you to upload multiple files.  You will be able to monitor the process through the new dialog window.  In v6.6, changes are in progress to use the Content Upload Dialog instead of multi-upload dialog due to browser changes.    Exception is IE 9 will continue to use old screen.

Steps
  1. Select a file folder in the Titan CMS Nav Tree.  *This folder will store your files that you upload.
  2. Click on New from the Page Action Bar.  *In Firefox make sure Silverlight is checked to Allow.
  3. Click the "Use Multi File Upload" link.  *The Multifile Uplooad dialog window will display, in v6.6 it will look like the Content upload dialog.
  4. Click Add Files to find the files you wish to upload.
  5. Select Files
  6. Click Upload Now or Clear.
  7. Processing will be listed.
  8. When upload done, message displays with done uploading?  select Ok or Cancel.
  9. If Cancel, select to Add files and repeat.
  10. If OK, files will land as processed.
  11. Remember to configure the security on file(s) if you haven't preconfigured the file folder for who may view and access the file(s).

Prerequisite Steps
 

Log in to the workstation:

  1. Enter your TitanCMS URL in a browser address bar.
  2. The Titan Login screen will appear.
  3. Enter your User Name in the User Name field.
  4. Enter your Password in the Password field.
  5. Click Log In.  The TitanCMS application should open to the Titan Web Content Management Module.
