Browse View Load Time Options

Overview

Browse views are configurable for the Web Content Management module for Globes, File Pile, Event data and Product data.  The User Management module also has configurable browse views.  You are able to configure the fields that contain the information you desire to view in a browse screen.

Steps
  1. Click the drop down for views.
  2. Select Create from drop down list.
  3. Select radio button for type of view.
    1. Content
    2. Ratings
    3. Display Statistics
    4. Load Times 
  4. Click the Create button.  The Create View template will display.
  5. Enter a Name in the Name Field.
  6. Select radio button for Global if everyone can view, edit or delete this view.  *Default is Personal (for you login only). 
  7. Click on a Field and click green arrow to place in Selected Fields.
  8. Repeat to add additional fields.
  9. Click the up or down arrow to rearrange selected fields.
  10. Click Save to retain selections, or Cancel to stop.
  11. Select Edit from drop down to Edit or Delete a Created View.
  12. Select the edit icon for the view you desire to edit.
  13. Select the delete icon for the view you desire to delete.
Prerequisite Steps
 

Log in to the workstation:

  1. Enter your TitanCMS URL in a browser address bar.  The Titan log in will display.
  2. Enter your User Name in the User Name field.
  3. Enter your Password in the Password field.
  4. Click Log In.  The TitanCMS application will open to the Web Content Management Module.

Find an existing item in the Nav Tree: 

  1. To expand the node in the tree, use the "+" 
  2. To minimize the node in the tree, use the "-"  
  3. To select the item to work with,  click on the item in the tree.  The item will become highlighted & the item and it's children will appear in the Browse Screen.
