TITAN CMS - Manually Add Data Record


Data Records may be manually added through Titan CMS workstation instead of using the Upload Data process.  The benefit of adding through Titan is the inputs added will be in the correct format structure.  Also, by creating a data record as an example, you then can download the file with that record, copy the row, replicate it in the file, make changes to row to keep data unique and upload file back to the Titan CMS workstation.

  1. Select the Data Site where Data Record should be added.
  2. Click New from the Page Action Bar.
  3. Enter the Name of Data Record.
  4. Click on the Content edit tab and enter inputs.
  5. Save and or Publish Data Record.
Prerequisite Steps

Log in to the workstation:

  1. Enter your TitanCMS URL in a browser address bar.
  2. The Titan Login screen will appear.
  3. Enter your User Name in the User Name field.
  4. Enter your Password in the Password field.
  5. Click Log In.  The TitanCMS application should open to the Titan Web Content Management Module.
