When building a website, one usually thinks of the content as the "text" of each page. However, it's more than that. It includes the images, documents, forms, products and links that may be a part of your website.
The Web Content Management module is used to manage the pages, files, events, data records and products that are used to create the content of your website(s). It includes the images, documents, forms, products and links that may be a part of your website.

The Content Edit Tab is a list of options used to view and configure your pages, files and events.
New data sites may be added to allow for managing data records.
Is used to store the Event information that is used with the Calendar Block.
Files can be used as content "links" via the WYSIWYG editors in the Freeform, Forms Editor, FAQ blocks. Images used throughout the site (teaser images, what's new images) will be stored in these folders.

The Product Database is used to store individual Product information. Products are able to be configured to display through the Product Block.
The Properties Overview is the list of properties used on content pages, files and events. The properties allow you to fine tune how the item will display and be used on the site.
