TITAN CMS - System Group - Content Admins

Overview

New user group as of v6.2.  The Content Admin users don’t require special workflow assignments because they are automatically administrators over all content items. They have full rights to use the Content Management module only. Membership in this group doesn’t guarantee display-side permission.

Steps
  1. Select the User Management module
  2. Find or add new user record
  3. Select Security
  4. Click on UsersandGroups
  5. Select Group desired ie. Content Admins
  6. Use Green Arrow to assign Group
  7. Save work
Prerequisite Steps
 

Log in to the workstation:

  1. Enter your TitanCMS URL in a browser address bar.
  2. The Titan Login screen will appear.
  3. Enter your User Name in the User Name field.
  4. Enter your Password in the Password field.
  5. Click Log In.  The TitanCMS application should open to the Titan Web Content Management Module.
