TITAN CMS - Add UserAndGroup Value


The UsersAndGroups security value is defined by the system. You may add your own security groups, but you may not remove the system-defined values (e.g., Everyone, Webmasters, etc.).

You may not delete the UsersAndGroups security value.

When used in the Content Management workstation for Workflow or Display Security, users will automatically be added to the list of groups.

  1. Select the Titan Administration module.
  2. Click on Security in the left navigation tree.  *The right pane list of security values will display.
  3. Click the + for UsersAndGroups.  *The UsersAndGroups value will display a subset of values called attributes.
  4. Enter a name for new group in the All Attributes section.
  5. Click + green, Add Attribute, to add new attribute name.
  6. Click Save in the Page Action Bar to retain changes.
  7. Click Refresh Site State.

Log in to the workstation:

  1. Enter your TitanCMS URL in a browser address bar.
  2. The Titan Login screen will appear.
  3. Enter your User Name in the User Name field.
  4. Enter your Password in the Password field.
  5. Click Log In.  The TitanCMS application should open to the Titan Web Content Management Module.
