TitanCMS Groups (Roles) include: CMSAdmins, ContentAdmins, Everyone, SmartSearchAdmins, UserAdmins & Webmasters.  *These Groups should Never be deleted.  Groups can be created at any time and users are assigned to them.  Security Groups are an efficient method to applying page security or workflow settings to multiple users.  You can assign security "en mass" using a group, instead of assigning security individually by user.

Roles

In TitanCMS there are different Roles. There are system defined groups that should not be deleted and can provide different rights in the workstation. There are workflow roles to use to assign to individuals or groups for creating & approving items. With v6.2 there is now a flag on user accounts to enable workstation access or not.
