TITAN CMS - Email Users

Overview

In the User Management module you may create an email and send this email to a list of users from the Titan Workstation.

Steps

  1. Select the User Management module.
  2. Click on a list of users by clicking on one of the following:
    1. Last Name
    2. All Logins
    3. Workstation Logins
    4. Specific Group (expand and select)
    5. Specific Tag Group (expand and select)
  3. Click on the "Email To Users" list icon.  *The full list of users, with email addresses, will receive email.  The Email Guidelines will display. 
  4. Review Email Guidelines Instructions.
  5. Click Build Message to proceed.
  6. Enter your Email Information:
    1. From
    2. Subject
    3. Image and Link Website (auto populated)
    4. Inter-message delay (in seconds) default value 5
    5. Enter your message in the Email Body section, use the WYSIWYG options.
    6. Verify email process prior to sending to full list, select Send Test Email
    7. Enter your test email address for you to verify the email process if desired.
    8. Select Help to go back to the Email Guidelines display.
    9. Select Cancel to stop working on Email List.
    10. Select OK when ready to send email to user list.
  7. Select the Titan Admin module if you are required to manually kick-off the email job.

Prerequisite Steps
 

Log in to the workstation:

  1. Enter your TitanCMS URL in a browser address bar.
  2. The Titan Login screen will appear.
  3. Enter your User Name in the User Name field.
  4. Enter your Password in the Password field.
  5. Click Log In.  The TitanCMS application should open to the Titan Web Content Management Module.
