TITAN CMS - Configure User Management Dashboard

Overview

The Web Content Management dashboard and the User Management dashboard may be configured to your preference.  v6.8 The User Management dashboard now only has the Accounts widgets.  The Pages widgets are only in Web Content Management dashboard.

Steps

  1. Select the User Management module.
  2. Click the Configure Dashboard icon.
  3. Click the Add New Widget drop down and select a widget to add, widgets:
    1. Pages: Needing Review (*WCM = Web Content Management)
    2. Pages: Awaiting Review (*WCM)
    3. Pages: Recently Accessed (*WCM)
    4. Pages: Open Comments (*WCM)
    5. Pages: Top Rated (*WCM)
    6. Pages: Top Visited (*WCM)
    7. Pages: Expiring (*WCM)
    8. Pages: Most Shared  (*New - v6.1 for page share blocks, *WCM)
    9. Files: Not Used (*New - v6.1, requires job to run to update list, *WCM)
    10. Forms: Activity (*WCM)
    11. Comments: Pending (*Shared accross dashboards: WCM, UM, Commenting modules)
    12. Accounts: Approval Pending (*UM = User Management)
    13. Accounts: Confirm Pending (*UM)
    14. Accounts: Expiring (*UM)
    15. Accounts: Inactive (*UM)
    16. Accounts: New Users (*UM)
    17. Accounts: Top Authors (*UM)
    18. Accounts: Top Commenter (*UM)
    19. Accounts: Top Login (*UM)
    20. Accounts: Top Rater (*UM)
    21. Accounts: Top Viewer (*UM)
  4. Repeat step 2 as desired.
  5. Click the Remove Panel for any Widget that should not be part of dashboard.
  6. Select radio button for column type.  *Default value is 3 Column.
  7. Click and drag widget to change placement.
  8. Click Save Configuration to retain changes, or click Cancel Configuration to go back to initial dashboard.  *If changes were made, the Cancel Configuration prompt  will display, click Yes or No to save.
Prerequisite Steps
 

Log in to the workstation:

  1. Enter your TitanCMS URL in a browser address bar.
  2. The Titan Login screen will appear.
  3. Enter your User Name in the User Name field.
  4. Enter your Password in the Password field.
  5. Click Log In.  The TitanCMS application should open to the Titan Web Content Management Module.
