Tags allow for filtering on the website and may be used to allow for user preference settings at registration.
Tags are created in Titan Administration and assigned to items in Web Content Management to allow for filtering on the website. Tags are also used to allow for user preference settings at registration.
Tags are added in the Titan Administration module.
Different Attribute Groups can be created to control the order of the attribute list to be something different other than the default of alphabetical order on the website. The group list may be used through the blocks with tags.
The Tags are activated in the Titan Administration module under globe/site, file and event.
Assign Tags(s) to content through the Web Content Management module.
A Tag name may be changed to another name.
The Tag and or Attribute name may be changed by updating it.
Tags may be deleted through the Titan Administration module.
Tags may be configured to filter results in the filter, calendar and registration blocks. On the registration a user can set user preference to set what content they are interested in.
Users on the website can indicate on the registration page the content they prefer. The tags will display for user to select from. After a user logs in to website, the pages that have a filter or calender built, with simlar tags of the registration block, will result with users content preference.
Tags set to allow multiple selections (not single), will work in the Filter, Calendar and Product blocks to use the match Any or match All of the tags selected. Return documents that Match ANY selected attribute or only those that Match ALL selected attributes.
