TITAN CMS - User Admin Bulk Emailer

The User Admin Bulk Emailer performs background emailing for the User Management screen.  The User Management module allows you to create and send emails to your users. 

Overview

The User Admin Bulk Emailer performs background emailing for the User Management screen.  The User Management module allows you to create and send emails to your users. 

Steps

  1. Select the Titan Administration module.
  2. Select "New" from the Page Action Bar.
  3. Name the New Job.
  4. Click on the New Job name and view right pane.
  5. Make the following configuration selections:
    1. Set schedule to run:
      1. Manually
      2. Automatically
    2. Set configuration information:
      1. Job Name
      2. Job Type (disable, auto-populates with name)
      3. Description
      4. XML Configuration
      5. Review the Execution History
    3. To run or stop the job:
      1. Select the Main Database backup
      2. Check the box for Database backup
      3. Click green arrow to start selected job.
      4. Red option will allow to Stop selected job.

Prerequisite Steps
 

Log in to the workstation:

  1. Enter your TitanCMS URL in a browser address bar.
  2. The Titan Login screen will appear.
  3. Enter your User Name in the User Name field.
  4. Enter your Password in the Password field.
  5. Click Log In.  The TitanCMS application should open to the Titan Web Content Management Module.
