The dtSearch Disk Refresh is used to update the dtSearch indexer with the latest custom block and DLL code. The Disk Refresh job should be run after you install a new Block, add a new XSL for an existing block, or make changes to a Data Template. This task should run only if there are no indexing jobs actively running.
The dtSearch index when used in Titan instance for search results, uses the dtSearch Index scheduled job which needs to run after new information is added or changed. The full content search picks up words from the "properties" fields, and content (either in the page/event/product, or in the document if it's in the file pile). Both metadata fields and full content sections that are added or changed, require the dtsearch index job to be run. Run the "Create" job for new items. The "Disk Refresh" should not be run at the same time you are running a job. One job should be run at time.
The Global Search & Replace job performs computation intensive replace operations for Global Search & Replace. Search & Replace allows you to search through your content, find content to change and replace in multiple areas.
This job imports files into Documentation Management.
This job creates various image sizes for images stored within a Titan CMS File Pile. Used after changing image sizes sets.
The Titan Admin scheduled job, Rebuild Where Used, will report if a file is used and where used. A list of files will be found in the Web Content Management dashboard when file isn't used and a full list of files will be listed in browse view Where Used (No Folders).
