TITAN CMS - Delete Version Stored Procedure

The Delete Version Stored Procedure is called when a version of your data element is being deleted. The stored procedure name must begin with the prefix userDef_. stored procedure needs to delete its version record and any supporting data.

The Delete Version Stored Procedure is called when a version of your data element is being deleted. The stored procedure name must begin with the prefix userDef_. stored procedure needs to delete its version record and any supporting data.

Steps
  1. Select the Titan Administration module.
  2. Click + for Data Sites in left navigation tree.
  3. Click your Event database.  *The right pane details for the event database will display.
  4. Scroll to Delete Version Stored Procedure.
  5. Enter the Delete Version Stored Procedure.  *The default value is  userDef_EventDelete

The stored procedure name must begin with the prefix userDef_. stored procedure needs to delete its version record and any supporting data.

Arguments:

@docsXml is standard XML of the format:

 <Docs> <DocID Version="##">##</DocID> </Docs>

 

There should be no return value.

 

  6.  Click Save from the Page Action Bar to retain changes.

  7.  Click Refresh Site State.

Prerequisite Steps
 

Log in to the workstation:

  1. Enter your TitanCMS URL in a browser address bar.
  2. The Titan Login screen will appear.
  3. Enter your User Name in the User Name field.
  4. Enter your Password in the Password field.
  5. Click Log In.  The TitanCMS application should open to the Titan Web Content Management Module.
