TITAN CMS - Data Display Stored Procedure

The Data Display Stored Procedure is called when one or more instances of your data are being extracted for display (e.g., in a special TOC-like block). The format of the parameters XML is data-type/block specific. It is the stored procs responsibility to filter for security.

The Data Display Stored Procedure is called when one or more instances of your data are being extracted for display (e.g., in a special TOC-like block). The format of the parameters XML is data-type/block specific. It is the stored procs responsibility to filter for security.

Steps
  1. Select the Titan Administration module.
  2. Click + for Data Sites in left navigation tree.
  3. Click your Event database.  *The right pane details for the event database will display.
  4. Scroll to Data Display Stored Procedure.
  5. Enter the Data Display Stored Procedure.  *The default value is   userDef_EventDataDisplay

The format of the parameters XML is data-type/block specific. It is the stored procs responsibility to filter for security.

Arguments:

@userCN is the security context for filtering the data

@docsXml is XML indicating starting roots and is of the format:

 

 <Docs> <DocID>##</DocID> </Docs> 

@params is XML defined by the data type and displaying block(s)

Return value is an XML as defined by the data type and displaying block(s).

  6.  Click Save from the Page Action Bar to retain changes.

  7.  Click Refresh Site State.

Prerequisite Steps
 

Log in to the workstation:

  1. Enter your TitanCMS URL in a browser address bar.
  2. The Titan Login screen will appear.
  3. Enter your User Name in the User Name field.
  4. Enter your Password in the Password field.
  5. Click Log In.  The TitanCMS application should open to the Titan Web Content Management Module.
