TITAN CMS - Home Page & Configurations

This is example for version 6.8 and prior.  

Home Link
  1. Set the globe property options with Shared checked.

  1. Add a linked page and name, ie. Home.
  2. Edit the Home page's content and select the Globe as it's link.
  3. Edit the Home page's properties and select which zone this link should display, ie. Utility, Bottom Nav.
  4. Save/Publish your work.
  5. On website click on the Home link.
Favorite Icon
  1. Select Titan Admin module
  2. Click on the Content Sites
  3. Click on your Globe
  4. On right, find the Favorite Icon field
  5. Click browse and select or upload a file for your favorite icon.
  6. Save
  7. Refresh Site State 
  8. Review your site and view tab.
Page Title Prefix
  1. Select Titan Admin module
  2. Click on the Content Sites
  3. Click on your Globe
  4. On right, find the Page Title Prefix field
  5. Enter your Page Title Prefix
  6. Save
  7. Refresh Site State 
  8. Review your site and view tab.
  9.  
Default Logo Link
  1. Select Titan Admin module
  2. Click on the Content Sites
  3. Click on your Globe
  4. On right, find the Default Logo Link field
  5. Enter the URL *Specify the URL that will be associated with the on-click of the Logo page part. Using this field instead of specifying the value in the Page Layout allows multiple display sites to use the same layout, but have different logo click behavior.  The link may be internal or external.  
  6. Save
  7. Refresh Site State 
  8. Review your site and click on logo link.
Top Navigation
  1. Select Web Content Management module
  2. Find and edit page that should be part of Top Navigation
  3. Click on Properties
  4. Scroll to the Navigation Zones and check Top for your page
  5. Save or Publish
  6. Refresh Site State 
  7. Review your site and view Top Nav.  *Parent pages, next level after main globe, may be configured to display as top nav. 
Utility
  1. Select Web Content Management module
  2. Find and edit page that should be part of Utility Navigation
  3. Click on Properties
  4. Scroll to the Navigation Zones and check Utility for your page
  5. Save or Publish
  6. Refresh Site State 
  7. Review your site and view Utility section. 
Search Field

*The Search field is part of a page layout.  Build the Search Results block and configure the default for displaying results. 

  1. Select Web Content Management module
  2. Add or find page that you will build the Search Results block on.
  3. Click on Content
  4. Select the Search Results block & configure options.
  5. Save or Publish
  6. Copy the Page URL found on the properties tab.

  7. Select Titan Administration module
  8. Expand the Content Sites
  9. Click on your globe and view right side
  10. Paste the Page URL in the Default Search Page field
  11. Save
  12. Refresh Site State
  13. Perform search on your website
  14. View search results page.

Content Footer
  1. Select Titan Admin module
  2. Click on the Content Sites
  3. Click on your Globe
  4. On right, find the Content Footer Text field
  5. Enter your Content Footer, use of &copy will result with  ©
  6. Save
  7. Refresh Site State 
  8. Review your site and view Content Footer section.
Bottom Navigation
  1. Select Web Content Management module
  2. Find and edit page that should be part of Bottom Navigation
  3. Click on Properties
  4. Scroll to the Navigation Zones and check Bottom for your page
  5. Save or Publish
  6. Refresh Site State 
  7. Review your site and view Bottom Nav. 
Blocks
  1. Select Web Content Management module
  2. Find and edit page where you'd like to build blocks
  3. Click the Content edit tab.
  4. Select block(s) to build. 
  5. Save or Publish
  6. Review workstation view of blocks or site's home page.
